Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Every job is different — the cost and time of demolition depend on the site, the ground and access. The site visit helps us estimate the time and cost accurately, so you know upfront what to expect. The site visit and quote are free.
Will you stay until the job is complete?
Yes. We know what it's like to wait for a contractor to come back. With us you won't: we start, and we complete the job.
Are you insured?
Yes. All our operators are licensed and insured, and all machinery is legal and insured. For you, that means no risk.
Do I need a permit for demolition?
In most cases yes, and your engineer handles it. We carry out the demolition and the legal management of the debris.
What happens to the soil and debris?
Soil and debris are managed legally as construction & demolition waste and the certificate for your building-permit file is issued without you having to deal with it. Ask us for details.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Aegina — Aegina Town, Perdika, Kypseli, Agia Marina, Mesagros, Vathy, Souvala, Portes, Marathonas — and nearby Saronic islands by arrangement.
